Consent for Image Use: I hereby grant HK the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs or images taken of me during my participation in HK's activities, programs, or events.
Authorized Use: I understand that the photographs or images may be used by HK for various purposes, including but not limited to:
Online Platforms: Use on our online platform, including our website, e-learning portal, and other digital platforms.
Brochures and Print Materials: Use in brochures, leaflets, flyers, and other printed promotional materials.Information and Display: Use for informational purposes, including presentations, displays, and exhibitions.Social Media: Use on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these photographs or images.
Waiver of Rights: I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product or any copy used in connection with the photographs or images. I release HK, its employees, representatives, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any liability or claims arising from the use of the photographs or images.
Privacy Considerations: HK will make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of participants in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. However, I understand that once the photographs or images are in circulation, HK may not be able to control their subsequent use.
Confidential Information: I agree that I will not provide or display any confidential, sensitive, or personal information during HK's activities, programs, or events. I understand that HK is not responsible for any inadvertent inclusion of such information in the photographs or images.
Revocation of Consent: I understand that I may revoke this consent in writing at any time. However, revocation will only apply to future uses of the photographs or images and will not affect any uses already in progress.

As faculty at HK School of Finishing, you are expected to deliver training with professionalism, punctuality, and full engagement with assigned batches and modules.
Teaching standards: Conduct interactive sessions aligned with the module plan. Maintain daily attendance records and submit them through the portal on the same day.
Documentation: Upload classroom photos and short videos as required for each session to support quality monitoring and institutional reporting.
Communication: Coordinate with college coordinators and principals regarding batch progress, feedback, and completion requirements.
Conduct: Faculty must maintain ethical behaviour, respect institutional policies, and protect student confidentiality at all times.
Portal usage: Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. All submissions through the portal must be accurate and timely.
Compliance: Failure to follow attendance, reporting, or feedback requirements may affect future batch assignments or payments as per institutional policy.
Support: For technical or operational issues, contact the help desk using the details provided in the portal.
By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all institutional guidelines, rules, and responsibilities associated with faculty participation in HK finishing school programs.
You acknowledge that assignment to batches, module delivery, attendance submission, feedback, and related documentation are mandatory obligations while serving as faculty.
You agree that the institution may use submitted materials for quality assurance, reporting, and communication purposes in line with applicable policies.
This acceptance is recorded electronically with date and time for compliance and future reference. One-time acceptance applies unless guidelines are updated and re-acceptance is requested.
